This note is to inform you of a change in membership rates and a change in our insurance provider.
You may be aware we had a spectator incident at one of our tracks in 2020 which resulted in a claim against our policy. In December 2024, the claim was settled. Due to a confidentiality requirement we will not be discussing details of the settlement. Partly due to this claim, our insurance underwriter elected not to renew our policy when it became due in January. We are now insured through the Schuetz agency with Kinsale Insurance Co. as the underwriter. The coverage is the same as we had with the previous carrier.
Another item is an increase in membership rates. The new rates shown below are effective beginning APRIL 1, 2025. We encourage you to enroll by March 31st to take advantage of the lower rate.
2025 Membership cards for those paid by January 22nd were mailed January 23rd. Please call or text me you paid by this date and have not received your card.
