Greetings QSAC membersRecently, there was an image posted on ¼ Scale Bench Talk that showed what is best described as a diffuser underneath the rear bumper foam of a stock car bodied quarter scale race car. Use of such devices is clearly against the 2019 QSAC Rules Package.  This rule is clearly documented on page 21
